Baseball hitting instructions made easy

Baseball hitting instructions can be as scientific, detailed and confusing as the coach wants to make it. I prefer to keep hitting a baseball as simple as possible for my clients. 3 H's of Hitting 1. Hips 2. Hands 3. Head Using the 3 H's of hitting will organize your thoughts as a coach and give your players structure in their training. I have found that players acquire skills much faster if there is an outline of 2 and no more than three items that they can focus on during a training session.
